Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy describes which cookies and similar technologies are used on linkorilla.com, operated by Responsive Lab S.r.l., in compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 69/2012 (implementing the ePrivacy Directive 2009/136/EC), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the orders of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) on cookies.
For information on general processing of personal data, see the Privacy Policy.

"First-party" cookies are set by the visited site; "third-party" cookies are set by domains other than the one visited.
2. Cookies used on linkorilla.com
Linkorilla uses only technical cookies necessary for the operation of the Service. No profiling cookies, advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies are installed.

Since Linkorilla only uses strictly necessary technical cookies, no user consent is required for their installation under Art. 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the Garante's order of 8 May 2014.
3. Third-party cookies โ what Linkorilla does not install
On linkorilla.com none of the following are present:
- Third-party analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel).
- Advertising or remarketing cookies (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Pixel).
- Social network cookies (e.g. Like/Share buttons with tracking).
- Behavioral tracking cookies.
4. Linkorilla Pixel โ localStorage, not cookies
The Linkorilla Pixel is an optional JavaScript snippet that registered users can install on their own websites to track conversions. It is important to clarify its behavior with respect to cookies:
-
It does not set cookies. The Linkorilla Pixel uses the browser's
localStorageto store the click reference (_lk) for up to 7 days.localStorageis not technically a cookie and is not automatically transmitted to servers in HTTP requests. -
It reads Meta cookies, if present. If the site where the Linkorilla
Pixel is installed has the
_fbp(Facebook Browser ID) and_fbc(Facebook Click ID) cookies โ set by the Meta Pixel, not by Linkorilla โ the script reads them and forwards them to Linkorilla's servers to improve conversion matching with Facebook, in cases where the user has enabled the Facebook Conversions API integration. The Linkorilla Pixel does not set or modify these cookies.
The owner of the site that installs the Linkorilla Pixel is responsible for informing their visitors via their own cookie/privacy policy.
5. How to manage or disable cookies
You can manage, block or delete cookies directly from your browser's settings. Keep in mind that disabling Linkorilla's technical cookies will break parts of the Service (e.g. you won't stay logged in).
