Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Linkorilla platform, available at linkorilla.com (the "Service"), operated by Linkorilla ("we"). By using the Service, you fully accept these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

Linkorilla is a SaaS platform that lets users create tracking links, monitor clicks, create QR codes, manage Bio Pages and monitor conversions. The Service is available in a free version (with limitations) and in paid plans (Pro and Agency).

2. Registration and account

To access the full functionality of the Service you must create an account by providing a valid phone number and an email address. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for all activity conducted on your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Linkorilla only for lawful purposes. It is forbidden to:

• Create links pointing to illegal content, malware, phishing or material that infringes third-party rights.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited commercial communications.
• Attempt unauthorized access to Linkorilla's systems or to other users' accounts.
• Use automated scripts to create links at abnormal volume or abuse the APIs.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without notice and without refund.

4. Plans and payments

Paid plans (Pro, Business and Agency) are described on the Pricing page. Payments are securely processed by Stripe, Inc. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.

No refunds on invoiced periods. Once a subscription has been activated, amounts already paid for the current period are non-refundable. Cancellation stops future renewals but the plan remains active until the natural end of the period already paid for.

Digital service with immediate access — waiver of the right of withdrawal. Linkorilla is a digital service delivered instantly when the plan is activated. By purchasing a paid plan, the User expressly requests that the performance of the Service begin immediately, before the 14-day cooling-off period set out in Articles 52 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully supplied, pursuant to Article 59 paragraph 1 letter o) of the same Decree.

5. Intellectual property

Linkorilla and its contents (logo, interface, source code) are the exclusive property of the Controller and protected by copyright law. Use of the Service does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

Content you upload (URLs, files, text on Bio Pages) remains your property. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to provide the Service.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to maintain the highest availability of the Service, but we do not provide specific uptime guarantees on the free plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service or individual features with reasonable notice, except in cases of technical or security urgency.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Linkorilla is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. Linkorilla's total liability to the user shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the damage.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumer users (natural persons acting outside their professional activity), the mandatory provisions of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) apply. For any dispute, the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer user shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Substantial changes will be communicated by email with at least 15 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after that period constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
