How is a referral tracked?
When someone visits your link linkorilla.com/ref/YOURCODE, their browser receives a 30-day cookie. If they sign up within that period, their account is automatically attributed to you — even if they don't subscribe right away.
When do I get paid?
Commissions mature 60 days after each referral payment. Once matured, you request payout from the dashboard and we process within 7 business days.
How does billing work?
If you have an Italian VAT number, you invoice us at payout. If you're a private individual we handle it as occasional compensation. Foreign professionals are handled case by case.
What happens if one of my clients cancels?
Commissions that have already matured stay yours. Those still in the holdback window (within 60 days of payment) are voided. Future commissions don't accrue.
Can I use the link in any context?
Wherever you want: email, signature, website, decks, social. The only constraint is no spam and no deceptive practices. Everything else is fair game.
Do I have to wait for approval before sharing the link?
Yes. First you activate Agency, then you fill in the application, then you wait for our approval. Only after that is your referral link active.
